Pat’s career journey in the transportation industry spans more than two decades and reflects his deep commitment to operational excellence and people-first leadership. He began in 1997 as an Assistant Terminal Manager with Chemical Leaman in East Rutherford, NJ, before joining Quality Carriers in 2000. At Quality, he wore many hats—writing Policy & Procedure, serving as Operations Systems Trainer, leading the Driver Recruiting Department, and launching the Driver Retention Department, all of which left a lasting impact. In 2021, we were fortunate to welcome Pat to the Modern Transportation team. Since then, he has brought a dynamic and uncompromising spirit to everything he touches. His leadership in recruiting has continuously raised the bar for excellence, accountability, and results. A proud alumnus of Montclair State University, Pat holds a B.A. in Psychology, which he puts to good use every day in his approach to recruiting, retention, and leadership.
