Terri Horn joined Modern Transportation in May 2023 and currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Director. In this role, she leads key functions across the HR spectrum, including employee relations, benefits administration, corporate recruiting, and payroll operations. With a diverse background in both the healthcare and transportation industries, Terri brings over 18 years of HR leadership experience. Prior to joining Modern, she held progressive roles at UPMC and Hitachi Rail, including Director of Engagement and Recruitment, Employee Relations Manager, and Recruiting Manager. Her work has been marked by a strong commitment to building positive workplace cultures, enhancing talent strategies, and driving organizational effectiveness. Terri earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Geneva College. She is passionate about aligning people strategy with business goals and is known for her collaborative, people-first approach to leadership.
